Maybe Leo would have made it...

I realize this may be old news to you but over the weekend a friend of mine sent me a link to a short video from the Mayo Clinic on the way they now suggest that we do CPR. The new way eliminates the mouth-to-mouth part and explains why doing that may actually be harmful.
One of my favorite times to play golf is in the evening... it's usually very quiet then... very relaxing actually. A number of years ago I was playing alone on a Sunday evening when, on the back nine, I caught up with a twosome, a father and son. They invited me to join them for the last few holes and when we were walking off the 17th tee, the furthest place on the course from the clubhouse, I heard a thud and looked over to see the father, Leo, on the ground, clutching his chest.
The son ran for the clubhouse while I administered CPR the way I'd been taught in the military back in the day, the old way. Finally, (it seemed like hours) the ambulance arrived and they whisked Leo away but unfortunately he did not make it.
If you haven't seen the "new way" to do CPR, you might want to watch this short video. Obviously, one never knows... http://bit.ly/9vhaVi
All the best.
