Savings in your pocket... or theirs?

Competition is a good thing... in my opinion... it generally rewards those who are good and, more or less, helps weed out the weak.

Competition can also drive promotional products prices down and this is precisely what has happened to one of our industry's most popular tote bags... the large Non-Woven Grocery Tote.

Last week, when we received word that this best-selling bag was going to now cost us less, we do what we always do... we dropped our price.

But looking around some competitor web sites, I see that one of two things have happened. Either they are paying too much for this promotional bag or they are now buying it for less and have chosen to put the savings, not in your pocket, but in theirs. Their prices have not changed.

Clearly, we need to make a profit to stay in business but we're not glutinous about it. The more value you get from doing business with us, the more likely you'll be to return again and again.
