Welcome to MARCO. Thank you for taking the time to review the following basic rules that govern your use of our promotional products Site. Please note that your use of our Site constitutes your unconditional agreement to these Terms and Conditions listed below.

Liability

All prices displayed on the MARCO website are cited in U.S. dollars. MARCO will add shipping and handling fees and, if applicable, sales tax. MARCO reserves the right to discontinue or change specifications and prices on promotional merchandise and services offered without prior notice and without incurring any obligation to the customer. Products displayed on this site are available while supplies last. MARCO has the right to refuse service, terminate accounts or remove/edit content.

MARCO shall not be liable for any act beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to, acts or negligence of third parties, equipment failure, unavailability of supplies, strikes, lock-outs, war, fire, flood, or any other Act of God, any law, regulation, or other act or order of any court or governmental agency, or delays, unavailability, errors, or other failures of the Internet or other data networks.

Your Account

If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

Product/Color Appearance

We have made every effort to display products and colors that appear on the site as accurately as possible. However, the product delivered may deviate slightly from the image viewed on the website due to, but not limited to, the following factors: system capabilities of your computer to display images and colors or manufacturing processes.

Artwork

MARCO inspects all art submitted to ensure that it will reproduce well on the promo items selected. In the event that the art is not usable for a quality imprint on our logo products, we will contact you with options. If necessary, we are able to assist you in creating quality artwork. We utilize the most widely used and recommended graphic and layout programs with our powerful graphic systems. In most cases, art prep work is done at no charge. Production time will begin after approval of the art. Please contact us first if rush service is required.

Overrun/Underrun for Printed Products

MARCO makes every attempt to ship exact quantities. Due to our post-production quality control efforts and the high speed of the custom production process, there is the potential for up to 10% over/under runs. Over/under runs for plastic bags may vary from 10% - 25%. We will only invoice for the actual quantity shipped.

Return Policy

MARCO is dedicated to providing you with the highest quality promo products and customer service. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, call us immediately. Our staff of service professionals will do whatever it takes to guarantee your satisfaction. A restocking fee may apply. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted, please contact us for a return authorization number.

Shipping & Handling Charges

Prices listed do not include shipping & handling charges. All merchandise is shipped FOB origin - we prepay shipping costs and add it to the invoice. Merchandise is shipped either via Fed Ex, UPS or truck depending on weight, date needed and delivery location. Freight savings based on negotiated rates are another way MARCO saves you money.

Sale Pricing & Promotional Offers

Discount offers, including on sale promotional products, may not be combined with any other offers.

Promotional offers may not be combined with other sales, offers, custom quotations, Asia Direct items or product requests beyond catalog quantities and is not valid on past purchases. Free Shipping offers exclude mugs, tumblers, water bottles, bottled water and plaques. Free Shipping is only offered to destinations within the Continental U.S.

You may use the information on this site for your personal use in evaluating our products and services. By placing an order on our site, we understand that you assume responsibility and authority to represent the text and/or logos for which these items will be used.

Sample Policy

Our sample policy means you can "try it before you buy it." By sampling our products, such as promotional pens, advertising gifts and convention bags, you eliminate any concerns about quality, color and size. About 98% of our products are available without charge.

Some of our advertising products can be ordered under our 15 day trial review. You will be asked to provide a credit card. If you choose to return the products, please mail back to MARCO using the return label provided and your account will be credited for the full amount. If you place an order for the products we will credit your account in full while returning the sample products will not be necessary.

As a business to business company, MARCO provides complimentary samples to its customers and prospective customers to assist in evaluating the quality of our custom promotional products. Due to the cost of doing business and our desire to keep prices low for our customers, we reserve the right to decline questionable/non-business sample requests.

Credit Policy

For Existing Customers:
Your credit is established with MARCO. Invoices will be sent after all of the promotional material has been shipped. Upon receipt of the invoice MARCO's financial terms are net of invoice at 10 days. Our prices are based on receiving payment within these terms. Your assistance in maintaining a current balance will be greatly appreciated so that MARCO may continue to offer the best value to our customers.

For New Customers:
As a new customer of MARCO, we would be glad to establish your business account for open credit. You can fill out the credit application below, or make advance payments using one of the following methods:

• Credit card (VISA, MasterCard, American Express)
• Prepayment check (please call for shipping cost)

Your advanced payment (options above) will permit prompt shipping of your promotional materials.

To facilitate establishing a credit line for your company, please download a copy of the credit application (.pdf format). Upon approval of your credit application you may then order advertising merchandise and be billed after your products ship. Credit applications will take approximately 10 business days for approval.

MARCO reserves the right to request prepayment of orders. The customer agrees to pay all collection costs, including any attorney fees if applicable.
