You won't get an unpleasant surprise when you receive your order. I think we've all done it...ordered something sight, unseen only to be disappointed when we open the box. It was smaller, or larger, or not the right color or not the right material...any number of things could be wrong.
That's why you'll get samples at no charge just for the asking on 98% of the items we sell. (I know you can appreciate that we have a few expensive items that make it impractical to give free but we'll still send these to you for inspection. You'll just need to return them or let us charge your credit card when you're finished with them.) A limit of 5 different items per customer is suggested, but call if you have a special need. Naturally, we encourage sampling for legitimate business concerns only and will contact you to confirm the request.

Your order will ship when it is supposed to...or you do not pay for it! Almost 90% of the orders customers send us are 'time sensitive' meaning they are for a specific event, a tradeshow, an open house, a sales meeting, etc.
Obviously we can't control what happens after the carrier picks up an order but we can control when we give it to them. And if we do not ship on time, you do not pay for your order...not one cent.

I've been around the block a few more times than Ken...well, maybe quite a few more times...but we've both been successful direct marketers of promotional products. I founded a promotional products direct marketing company, Nelson Marketing, in 1985 which was sold in 1996 to a British public company that became 4imprint. I stayed on for 8 more years, spending the last 3 years as CEO. Ken joined his father's business, MARCO Meetings, in 1988, bought the company from his dad in 1994 and then sold a majority interest to me in 2005.
"So what makes this a reason to buy from MARCO?" one might ask. Good question.
