    You won't get an unpleasant surprise when you receive your order. I think we've all done it...ordered something sight, unseen only to be disappointed when we open the box. It was smaller, or larger, or not the right color or not the right material...any number of things could be wrong.

    That's why you'll get samples at no charge just for the asking on 98% of the items we sell. (I know you can appreciate that we have a few expensive items that make it impractical to give free but we'll still send these to you for inspection.
