Q: How do I create my Ribbon Locker?
A: First you must establish a valid login account. After that, your ribbon locker starts with your first purchase of standard in-stock ribbon titles or custom badge ribbons. Simply create an order and those titles will be automatically added to the Ribbon Locker.
Q: How much does it cost?
A: MARCO Promotional Products provides this storage service at no charge for you.
Q: Can anyone access my Ribbon Locker?
A: Only those with a valid login identified to your account can access your Ribbon Locker.
Q: What if we decide to permanently change a ribbon color or change colors or titles every year?
A: You may edit or update Ribbon Locker at any time.
Q: What if I need to order additional ribbon titles beyond what is in my Ribbon Locker?
A: Once you’ve submitted a select group of name badge ribbons from your Ribbon Locker, you may continue with your order as you normally would and order any additional ribbon titles.
Q: According to your literature, you keep custom ribbon dies for 4 years after each use. Will they just disappear from our Ribbon Locker if not used?
A: If you use our Ribbon Locker service, we will send you an email months before removing your custom ribbon die. At that time you may either reorder the title or we will dispose of it from lack of use.
